1. Check where the image comes from

Identify whether you are viewing a catalog reference, another buyer’s photo or a photo supplied for your own order. Match the model and selected color before comparing details.

An AI styling preview can suggest an outfit. For a decision about an actual item, use the listing information and the photographs supplied for that order.

2. Open the available references

A QC-reference count tells you that the source record has references associated with it. Open the relevant product destination and examine what is actually available.

A zero count means no references are recorded in that field. If you need a particular view, ask the seller or buying platform whether it can be supplied.

3. Inspect details that affect your choice

Use your saved option as the checklist. Compare the size label, color, quantity and visible details with the listing. Ask for a readable close-up when the current angle leaves an important question unanswered.

  • Clothing: front, back, logo placement, seams and relevant measurements.
  • Shoes: selected pair, size labels, soles and fastening.
  • Accessories: adjustment points and included pieces.
  • Electronics: model labels, connectors and supplied parts.

4. Ask for a specific follow-up

Name the item and the missing detail: for example, request one close-up of the badge edge and one flat chest measurement with the tape visible. Keep the reply with the selected item record.

For material composition, battery condition or a feature that cannot be judged visually, request the relevant listing information or functional confirmation separately.
